  The Mansion is a full service facility that can accommodate indoor seating for 150 guests and comfortably entertains 225+ guests when indoors and outdoor areas are utilized.  
 
In the recent years the Renaissance Mansion has been restored to the original splendor of yesteryear. Displaying a silver chandelier, wall sconces marked "Paul Revere-Philadelphia". Tiffany at glass and mural canvas grace the first floor formal Dining Room, complimented by five curved windows of lead glass made in England. Beamed ceilings, mahogany wood, french doors, numerous fireplaces and curios displaying precious item of years gone by.

Our accomplished staff plans events ranging from smaller intimate affairs, to gala benefits, wedding celebrations and private social gatherings of varied size and complexity, all preformed, graciously and professionally

The Renaissance Mansion is available to view Monday-Friday by scheduled appointment only.

  
 


Private Event Information
Main & Upper Level:
Open Floor Plan includes: Foyer, Living Room, Music Room, Formal Dining Room, Solarium Area/Bar, three Fireplaces, beautiful open staircase, Restroom

Upper Level:
East Room (used for additional guest seating), Brides Changing Room with adjoining bath, additional Guest Restroom
Capacity: 75-100 Guests (wheelchair accessible)

Garden Level:
Ballroom: Large open room with two sets of French doors, used for dining or dancing, attractively decorated Wine Cellar (quaint area for photographs), restrooms
Reception Area: Adjoins the Ballroom and Courtyard

Courtyard:
(Mandatory with guest count over 100. Additional $125.00)
Covered with a white canopy, this area can be customized for usage per event. Accessible from Upper of Lower Level, showcasing lovely fountain and potted plants.
Capacity: 50-75 Guests (wheelchair accessible)

Entire Mansion:
Consists of the usage of all levels mentioned above. Excluding Seasonal Courtyard (optional).
Capacity: 150-225 Guests *(250 with rental of additional canopy to be placed in our parking area)

**The rental of the Renaissance Mansion is quoted per event. Scheduled viewings of the Renaissance Mansion are made daily by appointment only. Call today for your private viewing (an estimated cost for event will be given at that time). Pricing reflects the following: Type of Event, Mansion Usage, Date & Month Requested, Day or Evening Rental.
*House rental fee may be negotiated for full sit-down dinners (non-wedding only). Maximum number of guests for sit-down dinners: 75 Maximum-Main Floor Seating.
